If you're just now joining the Royal Society of the Powdered Wig, welcome! Here's where you sign in.
We've got kick-ass plans for this year's burn, and we'll be announcing them here in the days ahead. But we need your help to help get the tea brewing, so to speak...
Read the next discussion thread for our plans so far and to jump in and start brainstorming. For now, reply to this message and introduce yourself. The Royal Society is most delighted to have you!

My name is Merlonius, and I am pleased to represent the Royal Society of the Powdered Wig. Born to the Butress of Buttocks, I was raised in the High Plains of the Cock-horned Chinchilla, where I honed my expertise in croquet, cart racing, and incest.
Today, it is a great honor to be with you all on the playa, as a man of the Wig, and to watch this fine Society prosper.
I like long walks on the polo fields, hunting children, and playing my rock and roll drums.

Born under the sign of the Yellow Hampster, I'm trecking the slow and sloggy way back to unsufferable enjoyment. Have a heart and donate to a good cause; vasectomy reversals are popular in Texas. Looking forward to the desert, to the wind and the dust and the wide open. Gimmie a poke if you're in the southern bay area, the only time is the present.
